The 1998 Race Season is coming to an end! It was a great first year for the Renegade club at The Merced Fairgrounds Speedway.Founder and President of the club Mark Amador is looking forward to a great 1999 season and is expecting an even larger car count as the club always welcomes new cars, drivers, and sponsers. Lets get ready to rumble! Watch out because on Sunday October 4th, 1998 the Renegade Sprints challenge The Northern California Modified Association to a Fall Shootout! Don't miss this opportunity to see these Sprint cars fly without wings! The gloves are coming off for this bout, and so are their wings! Yes that's right, they'll be running wingless on Merced Speedway's dirt track against the NCMA's! Don't miss it! Tickets will be sold at the gate.
